Eugene Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.

Our treatment center hours are M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM.


Duties and Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA2) will perform direct client care tasks within his/her scope under the supervision and direction of a licensed nurse. The CNA2 assists medical staff by collecting data via assessment tools and providing to the nurse and physician/NP for review and signature. The CNA2 assists in client's care within the scope of their certification. The CNA2 communicates client care concerns and client status updates and progress in a timely manner to the appropriate nursing team member. The CNA2 communicates any recognized abnormality in a client's signs and symptoms to individuals who are authorized to receive the information and need to know. The CNA2 will function as a backup for the administrative coordinator role as required.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate must be certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA2) and be CPR certified. Must meet required minimum continuing education thresholds for recertification. Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license. Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
