ORTC, LLC is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.
Our treatment center hours are M-F 5AM-3 PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM. Will work a 5 day a week, (8) hour day and occasional Saturdays to support business needs.
Day in the Life
As an Assistant Program Director, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our opiate treatment programs at both our Eugene and Springfield locations. You'll directly supervise our dedicated staff and ensure the smooth performance of our treatment centers in key areas such as operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Scheduling: Manage and schedule staff members, ensuring they receive the necessary training and professional development.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of treatment services and evaluate client progress.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies, state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and quality of care.
Minimum Requirements
- CADC II, nursing license, or bachelor's degree in a related subject area from an accredited university.
- Competent leader with significant experience in the substance abuse treatment services across economically and culturally diverse communities.
- Management experience in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
