Relocation Assistance Provided!
Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

What does your day look like:
- Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
- Performs screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress.
- Relays client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care.
- Provide compassionate high-quality care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
- CPR Certified.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Current driver's license.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level.
